Ingredients:

1 pack of Shin Ramen

2 cups of water

1-2 tablespoons of Tom Yum paste (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup of sliced onions

1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers

1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes

1 stalk of lemongrass, cut into 2-inch pieces

2-3 kaffir lime leaves

1-2 slices of galangal (optional)

1-2 slices of ginger (optional)

1-2 tablespoons of lime juice

Instructions:

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
